Duh: TV. I regularly go without TV for weeks. Music, I need to block out THE PAIN (other people's music, at a client's site), and my phone, I need to do my job. But TV? TV is nothing.

ESPECIALLY since TV is something I can just delay and watch later. I'm not MISSING anything except the shared experience of "watching all at once" by delaying, and since I don't actually share that with anyone?
