Date NIght

The plot here, of a normal couple caught up in a dangerous crime because of a case of mistaken identity, manages to both be very slight and yet overly complicated. Though it leads to a few decent scenes. What saves the movie from mediocrity though is the skills of Steve Carell and Tina Fey. They work together perfectly as a couple and in playing off each other comically. Fey and Carell are at the top of their game here, making the movie worth watching...
