F. Murray Abraham as Salieri is definitely the best part of the movie. Well not counting the music. I don't think I get the comic operas though. And Salieri's "plan" to eliminate Mozart seems..odd. "I will hire him secretly to write a funeral mass. And that will destroy him!" Ok, sure it works, yeah. But its not the most direct way to go about it...
