Joey Q spins and spins and spins

Watch as, once again, Joey Q blames others, makes up stuff and just changes the subject to avoid answering even the softball questions from Newsarama. I also enjoy watching him throw the contracted artist under the bus in regards to the Heroes for Hire #13 cover. And then try to deflect away any further criticism that maybe, just FUCKING MAYBE, a scene that belongs in a niche hentai book shouldn't be the cover for a book aimed at people NINE AND UP. Or blaming reader miscomprehension for any contiuity gaffes in his books...

Gah.

Then theres the way he starts off by patting himself on the back for having higher sales than DC. Yeah, thats great Joe. You're company is outselling the main competition. Great. Its not like you've both been bleeding readership for close to two decades now...

And finally there's his reason for not delaying World War Hulk until next year (to maybe better tie in with the 2nd Hulk movie). Because he doesn't want to run out of things to tell stories about. Because its not like the aftereffects of Civil War and the creation of the Initiative, Annihilation, the upcoming mystic cross-over, the whole no new mutants thing or the death of Captain America could keep things moving along until 2008. Nothing in there to sustain any stories without a Big Ass Crossover Event is there...

10. Very few of you wore the lilac.

Dogsitting Again

Watching Rolf the Dog again for the grandparents. Happily they have a newer Dell computer and upgraded from to a cable modem from their old dial-up. Though for some reason they dropped HBO from their dish line-up for the Cinemax package. *shrugs*

Also grabbed a few things at Samurai's 5th Anniversary sale. That X-Men: First Class book, the first Manhunter tpb and the Power Pack and Power Pack/Avengers pocket books from Marvel's kids line...

TNA

Steiner Brothers vs. Team 3-D? Well, this in theory should be cool. If the Steiners were 15 years younger each and the Dudleyz were able to drop 5 years each...

This is going to be a creaky match. Also Scott is still nuts. Freakzilla you so crazy...
