So I'm in a play-by-post Kingdom of Kalamar game. Where I'm running a kobold Learned Bard. And I've got a masterwork flute to use to run my Perform ranks up to a nice +12. And I just suddenly had to wonder. Do kobold's have lips? Can you play a flute without lips? I mean he's a little lizard dude. Should he be physically capable of using his best instrument?
